Sattu for Teej

Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour / Sattu / Roasted Channa :  1/2 Kg
  2. Sugar Powder                                          :   2 Medium Bowl
  3. Ghee                                                          :   2 Medium Bowl
  4. Pista Katran                                             :   2 tbsp
Method:
  1. Heat Ghee in a pan.Add Gram Flour into that, roast it until the colour changes.
  2. Pour it into a plate and let it cool.
  3. Add Sugar Powder and Pista Katran and then make the balls of Lemon size.
Note:
  1. While making the balls/ ladoos if you find any difficulty, you can add more ghee (Melted ghee) into that.
  2. Do not add hot ghee and sugar together.
  3. To get good color, you can add saffron too.
