Ingredients:
- Urad Moger/dhuli hui urad dal : 1 medium bowl
- Garlic cloves : 5/7
- Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder : 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Water : 2 medium glasses
- Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp
Method:
- Soak Moger in water for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds.
- When it starts crackle add all the masalas followed by meshed garlic.
- Add Moger and water, take 5-6 whistles in cooker.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapaties or parathans.
