Ingredients:

  1. Sooji: 1 small bowl
  2. Salt: to taste
  3. Onions chopped:1 medium
  4. Tomato chopped:1 medium
  5. Carrot Chopped:1/2 small
  6. Green Chili chopped:2 small
  7. curry leaves: 5-8
  8. Coriander Leaves chopped: 1 tbsp
  9. Pea: 1 tbsp
  10. Groundnut: 1 tsp
  11. Kadla: 1 tsp
  12. Oil: 3 tbsp
  13. Water:2 1/2 glass

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves,ground nuts and kadla.Fry it for 5 minutes.Cook it on low flame.
  2. Add sooji and roast it for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Boil peas in a separate pan.
  4. Add salt and all the vegs except peas.Add water cover it with lader and boil it for 5- 10 minutes.
  5. Add peas.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with sauce or Coriander chutny.
