Time : 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Sooji: 1 small bowl
- Salt: to taste
- Onions chopped:1 medium
- Tomato chopped:1 medium
- Carrot Chopped:1/2 small
- Green Chili chopped:2 small
- curry leaves: 5-8
- Coriander Leaves chopped: 1 tbsp
- Pea: 1 tbsp
- Groundnut: 1 tsp
- Kadla: 1 tsp
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Water:2 1/2 glass
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.Add curry leaves,ground nuts and kadla.Fry it for 5 minutes.Cook it on low flame.
- Add sooji and roast it for 10-15 minutes.
- Boil peas in a separate pan.
- Add salt and all the vegs except peas.Add water cover it with lader and boil it for 5- 10 minutes.
- Add peas.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with sauce or Coriander chutny.
