Palak Paneer

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled Palak                 : 2 bundles
  2. Garlic chopped             : 12-15cloves
  3. Oil/Ghee                       : 1 tbsp
  4. Salt                                : to taste
  5. Paneer                          : 100 gm
  6. Green chili                    : 2
  7. Mustard seeds             : 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin Seeds                : 1/2 tsp
  9. Lemon Juice                 : 1 tsp
  10. Cream                            : 4 tbsp
Method:
  1. Take boiled palak and green chili.Grind it to make a paste.
  2. Soak paneer in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Make 1 inch pieces of paneer.
  4. Heat oil/ghee in a pan.Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  5. Add garlic.
  6. When they began to change the colour add the palak paste.
  7. When it starts boiling add salt.
  8. Add paneer and cream.
  9. Add lemon juice.
  10. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Serve it with chapati or paranthas.
