Ingredients:
- Boiled Palak : 2 bundles
- Garlic chopped : 12-15cloves
- Oil/Ghee : 1 tbsp
- Salt : to taste
- Paneer : 100 gm
- Green chili : 2
- Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice : 1 tsp
- Cream : 4 tbsp
Method:
- Take boiled palak and green chili.Grind it to make a paste.
- Soak paneer in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
- Make 1 inch pieces of paneer.
- Heat oil/ghee in a pan.Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add garlic.
- When they began to change the colour add the palak paste.
- When it starts boiling add salt.
- Add paneer and cream.
- Add lemon juice.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve it with chapati or paranthas.
