Ingredients:
- Sarso Leaves Chopped 1 medium Bowl
- Palak chopped 1 medium Bowl
- Bathua chopped 1 medium Bowl
- Gram Flour/Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Onion Chopped 1
- Ginger 1 Inch
- Garlic 9-10 cloves
- Green Chilli 2
- Butter/Ghee 3-4 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil Sarso +palak +bathua+ginger+garlic+Green Chili.Take 7-8 whistles.
- Add corn flour / Gram Flour and take 1 more whistle.
- Heat Ghee in a pan add onion then add all masalas and boil it.
- Serve it with butter and Makki Ki Roti.
