Ingrediants:
For Stuffing
- Gram Flour 3 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Garlic shredded 2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- lemon Juice 1 tsp
- onion Chopped 2 tbsp
- green Chilli Chopped 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves Chopped 2 tsp
- Ghee/Butter for frying
For Dough
- Maida 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Hot water
Method:
- For the cover make dough out of Maida and salt, as you would do for any parantha/roti.
- Heat a pan,roast gram flour.Roast it until it changes its colour like brown.Keep it for cool.Mix all the ingredients.
- Now make a chapati on a plate with the help of oil,add 2 or 2 1/2 tsp of the mixture.Cover it like normal paranthas and again start making chapati from the opposite side.
- Roast the chapati on low flame with butter.
- Serve the hot Makhani roti with curd.
- You can add rock salt and roasted cumin powder to the curd.
