Makhani roti

Ingrediants:

For Stuffing

  1. Gram Flour                                         3 tbsp
  2. Red Chilli Powder                               1 tsp
  3. Salt                                                         to taste
  4. Garlic shredded                                   2 tsp
  5. Oil                                                          1 tbsp
  6. lemon Juice                                          1 tsp
  7. onion Chopped                                     2 tbsp
  8. green Chilli Chopped                           1 tsp
  9. Coriander Leaves Chopped                2 tsp
  10. Ghee/Butter                                         for frying

For Dough

  1. Maida                                                    4 tbsp
  2. Salt                                                         to taste
  3. Hot water

Method:

  1. For the cover make dough out of Maida and salt, as you would do for any parantha/roti.
  2. Heat a pan,roast gram flour.Roast it until it changes its colour like brown.Keep it for cool.Mix all the ingredients.
  3. Now make a chapati on a plate with the help of oil,add 2 or 2 1/2 tsp of the mixture.Cover it like normal paranthas and again start making chapati from the opposite side.
  4. Roast the chapati on low flame with butter.
  5. Serve the hot Makhani roti with curd.
  6. You can add rock salt and roasted cumin powder to the curd.
