Ingredients:
- Makki ka aata: 1 small bowl
- Papad Khar: 1 tsp
- Garlic grated: 4-5 cloves
- Onion chopped: 1 small
- Salt: to taste
- Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
- Oil:1 tbsp
- Oil (sesame seeds): 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Ajwain: 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add jeera.When it starts to crackle add garlic and onion.Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add water and Papad Khar.
- Mix all the masalas in makki ka aata.
- Add the aata and stir it continuously.
- Add water (3 times of aata quantity).
- Take 2 whistles.
- Garnish it with corinader leaves.
- Add sesame seeds oil and serve it with urad and chana dal.
Note:
It used to be very heavy so have it in the lunch time and have less.Lot of water requires to digest it.
