Sajha

Ingredients:

  1. Makki ka aata: 1 small bowl
  2. Papad Khar: 1 tsp
  3. Garlic grated: 4-5 cloves
  4. Onion chopped: 1 small
  5. Salt: to taste
  6. Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
  7. Oil:1 tbsp
  8. Oil (sesame seeds): 2 tbsp
  9. Cumin Seeds: 1/2 tsp
  10. Ajwain: 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add jeera.When it starts to crackle add garlic and onion.Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add water and Papad Khar.
  4. Mix all the masalas in makki ka aata.
  5. Add the aata and stir it continuously.
  6. Add water (3 times of aata quantity).
  7. Take 2 whistles.
  8. Garnish it with corinader leaves.
  9. Add sesame seeds oil and serve it with urad and chana dal.

Note:

It used to be very heavy so have it in the lunch time and have less.Lot of water requires to digest it.
