Veg Dalia

Ingredients:

  1. Broken Wheat Roasted :  2 medium bowl
  2. Salt : to taste
  3. Curry Leaves : 5-10
  4. Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
  5. Green Chili Chopped : 2
  6. Onion Chopped :   1
  7. Cabbage : 1 small bowl
  8. Lauki : 1 small bowl
  9. Matar : 15-20 seeds
  10. Carrot : 1/2 small bowl
  11. Coriander Choppped : 2 tbsp
  12. Tomato Chopped : 1/2 small bowl
  13. Oil : 2 tbsp
  14. Cumin seeds : 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix all the vegs in a big bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add curry leaves and cumin seeds.
  4. Add green chili then onion soak it for 5-10 mins on low flame and then add tomato.
  5. Add turmeric Powder and salt.
  6. Add roasted dalia and vegs.
  7. Add 2 glasses of water.
  8. Take 2 whistles.
  9. Garnish it with ghee and coriander leaves.
  10. Surve hot with curd.
