Ingredients:
- Broken Wheat Roasted : 2 medium bowl
- Salt : to taste
- Curry Leaves : 5-10
- Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
- Green Chili Chopped : 2
- Onion Chopped : 1
- Cabbage : 1 small bowl
- Lauki : 1 small bowl
- Matar : 15-20 seeds
- Carrot : 1/2 small bowl
- Coriander Choppped : 2 tbsp
- Tomato Chopped : 1/2 small bowl
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix all the vegs in a big bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add curry leaves and cumin seeds.
- Add green chili then onion soak it for 5-10 mins on low flame and then add tomato.
- Add turmeric Powder and salt.
- Add roasted dalia and vegs.
- Add 2 glasses of water.
- Take 2 whistles.
- Garnish it with ghee and coriander leaves.
- Surve hot with curd.
