Besan Ki Mirchi

Ingredients:

  1. Green Chili (Cut it in strips): 6-8
  2. Besan Powder Roasted : 4 tbsp
  3. Red chili Powder : 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder :
  5. Salt : to taste
  6. Oil : 3 tbsp
  7. Amchoor : 1tsp
  8. Roasted Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
  9. Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add green chili into it.do not cover it and stir it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
  3. Add all the masalas.
  4. Cover it. Keep it for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve it with hot Paranthas.
