Ingredients:
- Green Chili (Cut it in strips): 6-8
- Besan Powder Roasted : 4 tbsp
- Red chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder :
- Salt : to taste
- Oil : 3 tbsp
- Amchoor : 1tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add green chili into it.do not cover it and stir it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
- Add all the masalas.
- Cover it. Keep it for 2 minutes.
- Serve it with hot Paranthas.
