Ingredients:
- Gram Flour: 1 bowl
- Buttermilk: 3 bowl
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves: 8-10
- Mustard Seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Ginger: 1 Inch
- Coconut: 2 tbsp
- Green Chili: 1
- Chopped Coriander Leaves: 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mix Ginger,Chili,Coconut and salt.
- Make paste of it.
- For tadka,Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and mustard seeds.When they began to crackle,remove it from the flame and put it in a bowl.
- Add Besan,Buttermilk,salt and turmeric Powder.
- Put it in a Pan and stir it continuously.
- We have to stir it until the spoon get fixed in the batter.
- Put it on a plate(Backside of plate) and spread it properly.
- First spread it completely.
- Spread the paste on it.
- Take the first plate and cut it in stripes with the knife.
- Roll the strips one by one.
- Put all these in a plate and spread the tadka on it.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it with Tamrind chutny and Dhania chutny.
