Panjeeri

Ingredients:

  1. Sabut Dhania: 1 kg
  2. Sugar Powder: 1 1/2 kg
  3. Khopra ka bura: 2-3 gola
  4. Eliachi Powder: 30 elaichi
  5. Kali Mirch: 50 gm
  6. Gond(Mishri Jaisa): 250 gm
  7. Ghee: 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Gond should be in small size and we shud bought it before 2-3 days coz if it is not dry we shud keep it in Sun to dry.
  2. Deep fry Gond and then mesh it.it will become double of its size.
  3. Roast Dhania in a pan for 5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Make a powder of it.
  5. Deep fry Kali mirch.It will start pop up means it is done.Make a powder of it.
  6. Make a powder of Eliachi.
  7. Mix all together and Keep it out for 2 hours.
  8. Always add sugar first, and then add melted ghee into that.
  9. Mix well.

Note:

If you want to add dry fruits, first deep fry them and then make churi of them and then add them.

It should be served as Jammashatami Prasad.
