Ingredients:
- Milk : 2 kg
- Rice : 2 tbsp
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Drynuts : 2 tbsp
- Saffron soaked in 1/2 tsp milk : 8-10 flakes
- Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
Method :
- Take a heavy pan and grease it. Pour milk in it and keep it for boiling.
- Cook it till milk becomes half a quantity.
- Soak rice for 15 minutes.
- Heat water in a pan and add soaked rice in it. Boil it until water evaporates completely.
- Add boiled milk in it. Rice should be very soft now. Now take 3-4 boils add sugar then take 2-3 boils. Also add saffron.
- Take 1 portion in a serving bowl and garnish it with drynuts.
