Pyaj ka Parantha

Ingredients:

For Dough:

  1. Wheat Flour : 1 medium bowl
  2. Salt : to taste
  3. Luke warm water

For filling:

  1. Chopped Onions : 1 medium bowl
  2. Chopped Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
  3. Salt : to taste
  4. Red chili Powder : 1-2 tsp
  5. Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
  6. Butter : for frying

Method:

  1. For Dough : Mix salt and aata and make a dough with like warm water.
  2. For filling :  Mix all the ingredients and make a mixture.
  3. Make chapaties and stuff it with Mixture.
  4. Roast it with buter or ghee.
  5. If mixture is coming out you can add little bit of sattu powder(Roasted Besan).
