Bhutte ka Kees

Ingredients:

  1. Bhutta grated : 2 (medium sized)
  2. Green Chilli : 2
  3. Garlic : 5-6 cloves
  4. Ginger : 1 inch
  5. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt : to taste
  8. Oil : 3 tbsp
  9. Hing : 1/4 tsp
  10. Lemon Juice : 1 1/2 tsp
  11. Sugar : 10-15 dane
  12. Milk : 1 cup
  13. Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Make the paste of green chili+ garlic + ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add hing, then ginger garlic and chili paste.
  4. add grated bhutta and then milk.
  5. Cover it and cook it on low flame for 15-20 mints.
  6. stir it in between.
  7. Add salt + turmeric and chili powder.
  8. Add sugar + lemon juice.
  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
