Ingredients:
- Paneer : 250 gm
- Sooji : 2 tbsp
- Sugar Powder : 150 gm
- Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Saffron : 8-10
- Essence (any) : 3-4 drops
- Pista Flakes : 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mesh Paneer.Keep it aside.
- Mesh saffron in a small bowl and add essence in it.
- Roast sooji in a pan.Mix it in Paneer.Add Sugar and Cardamom powder.
- Make small ladoos of it.
- Garnish it with saffron liquid and add pista flakes on top of it.
