Ingredients:
- Urad Moger: 1 bowl
- Green Chili: 2
- Chopped Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Ginger chopped or shreaded : 1 inch
- Oil : For frying
Method:
- Soak the Dal 1 night before like 8-10 hours.
- Make the paste of it.
- Add all the ingredients and make the batter.
- For frying, heat oil in a pan.
- Spread some water on palm and put 1 tsp batter in circle form.
- Apply water on 1 finger and make a hole in the circle.
- Spread water on another palm.
- Try to push the circle from one hand to another and then finally in Pan.
- Deep fry the vadas on medium flame.
- Serve it hot with nariyal chutny and sambhar.
P.S. – If you want to make it for snacks add some more masalas into the batter like half pressed fennel seeds and whole coriander.
