Ingredients:
- Boiled Palak Paste : 1 1/2 cup
- Ginger paste : 1 tsp
- Garilc Paste : 1 tsp
- Tomato Paste : 1/2 cup
- Onion Paste : 1/2 cup
- Peas : 1 cup
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Kasoori Methi : 1 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Long : 4
- Dalchini : 1
- Choti Elaichi : 2
- Salt : to taste
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Sugar : 1/2 tsp
- Cream : 1 tbsp
- Butter : to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add kasoori methi followed by long , elaichi and dalchini.Add Peas.
- Stir it for 2-3 secs.
- Add Ginger garlic chili and onion paste.saute it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
- Add black pepper powder.Stir it for 5 -10 secs.
- Add tomato paste.
- Add the remaining masalas like Red chili powder, salt and sugar.Saute it for 10 minutes.
- Add palak and cream.
- Stir it for 10-15 minutes.
- Add butter and serve it hot with chapaties or pulao.
P.S. –
- If you are using fresh peas then boil it before use.If you are using frozen peas then keep it outside for 5 minutes and wash it before use.
- Always make this dish on low flame.
