Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Oats : 1 cup
- Green Chili chopped : 2 tsp
- Onion chopped : 1/2 cup
- Carrot chopped : 1/2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves : 10-12
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Moong Moger : 1/2 tsp
- Moongfali : 1 tbsp
- Salt : to taste
- Chopped Coriander Leaves : 1 1/2 tbsp
- Water : 1 1/2 glass
Method :
- Roast Oats ina apn without oil.Keep it aside for cooling.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds.Let it crackle.
- Add moong dal and groundnuts.
- Add all the vegs and curry leaves.
- Saute it for 5-10 minutes.
- Add water and keep it for boiling.
- Add roasted oats.
- Cover it and keep it for 5 – 10 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
P.S. – If you are want to use Peas then don’t add Groundnuts.
