Paneer

Ingredients:

  1. Milk: 1/2 Ltr
  2. Curd / Lemon juice : 1 tsp
  3. Muslin  Cloth/Cotton Cloth : 1

Method:

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. Once the milk comes to boiling state, add lime and the milk will scatter and lump will be formed.
  3. Put this now in a muslin cloth and tie the cloth with the help of thread.
  4. Hang it somewhere and keep it in the same way for half an hour.
  5. Collect it in a box and can store in a refrigerator.
