Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour : 1 medium bowl
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Luke warm water : for neading
- Oil : 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all and make small balls.
- Boil water and add the wheat balls into it.
- Just stir it in between.
- You can cover it for fast cooking.
- Boil it until small bubbles start coming.
- You can check it with knife too.
- Roast the boiled wheat balls in tandoor.
- Serve it hot with dal and chutnies.
Note:
We can also deep fry them instead of roasting.
