Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Wheat Flour :  1 medium bowl
  2. Turmeric Powder :  1/2 tsp
  3. Salt : to taste
  4. Luke warm water : for neading
  5. Oil : 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix all and make small balls.
  2. Boil water and add the wheat balls into it.
  3. Just stir it in between.
  4. You can cover it for fast cooking.
  5. Boil it until small bubbles start coming.
  6. You can check it with knife too.
  7. Roast the boiled wheat balls in tandoor.
  8. Serve it hot with dal and chutnies.

Note:

We can also deep fry them instead of roasting.
