Khichri with Matta rice

Ingredients:

  1. Matta Rice : 2 tbsp
  2. Plain Rice(Any) : 2 tbsp
  3. Broken Wheat : 2 tbsp
  4. Moong Moger : 2 tbsp
  5. Masoor Dal : 1 1/2 tbsp
  6. Chopped Onion : 2 tbsp
  7. Chopped Green Chili : 1
  8. Mixed Veg Chopped : 1 Medium Bowl
  9. Tomato chopped : 1 medium
  10. Oil : 1 tbsp
  11. Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
  12. Salt : to taste
  13. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric Powder : 1 /2 tsp
  15. Chopped Corinader Leaves : 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash the dals and Rice.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds.
  4. Add onion.Saute it for 5 minutes.
  5. Ass tomatoes then add all the masalas.
  6. Add vegetables and all the rice, broken wheat and dals.
  7. Put water 4 bowls.
  8. Take 2 whistles.
  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  10. Serve it hot with curd.

Note : if you like taste of currypatta, can add before cumin seeds.
