Tamatar Mirchi

Ingredients:

  1. Hing : a pinch
  2. Tomato Chopped : 1 
  3. Green chili chopped : 2
  4. Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt : to taste
  6. Oil : 2 tbsp
  7. Fennel and Coriander Seeds crushed : 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add hing.
  2. Add Green chili.Stir it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes in it.
  4. Add turmeirc powder and salt into it.
  5. Cover it and keep it for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the fennel seeds and coriander.
  7. Stir it for 1 minute.
  8. Serve it hot with paranthas.

Note:

You can try adding different spices according to your choices, which would increase the aroma as well as taste.

It wont get spoil soon so you can use it for long distance journey.You can keep it for long time.
