Serving: 2 Time: 20 minutes Ingredients:
- Masoor Dal : 1 1/2 tbsp
- Chana Dal : 1 1/2 tbsp
- Onion roughly chopped : 1 medium
- Lemon juice : 1/2 tsp
- Butter : 2 tsp
- Tomato roughly chopped : 1
- Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Seeds : 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Water : 3 cup
Method:
- Soak the dals for 2 hours.
- Heal Butter in a pan, add cumin seeds then onion.
- Once it become little pink, add dals,tomato,salt and water.
- Cover it and take 2-3 whistles.
- Strain it and again keep it for boiling only for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle Lemon juice.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
Note: You can garnish it with mint leaves too.
