Ingredients:
- Paneer : 100-120 gm
- Malayi : 4 tbsp
- Saffron dipped in rose water : 8-10
- Pista Flakes : 15-20
- Dry coconut Powder : 2 tbsp
- Sugar Powder : 4 tbsp
- Essence (Kewra/Rose/Vanila)-4-5 drops or Cardamom powder (1/4 tsp)
Method :

- Use the fresh paneer and mesh it properly.
- Mesh it almost for 20 -25 minutes.
- Soak saffron in the rose water.
- Also add sugar powder while meshing so that it will mix properly.
- You can add different different essence like vanila/ rose/ kewra or cardamom powder etc while meshing and mixing sugar.
- Make small small balls/laddoos and put them in a serving dish.
- Make a layer of malayi on top of it.
- Sprinkle coconut powder on it.
- Put a pinch of saffron and garnish it with pista flakes.
Note :
You can garnish with tutti fruti and chopped dry fruits.
If you don’t have saffron, you can use the edible colours.
Always consume this sweet in 1-2 days.
