- Tomato Chopped : 2 bowl
- Garlic grated : 4 tbsp
- Salt : to taste
- Hing : 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili Powder : 3 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add hing, tomato.
- Saute it for 5-10 minutes.
- Add garlic, saute it for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and red chili powder.
- Saute it for 2 minutes.
- Serve it hot with Dal Bati and paranthas.
