Mango Custard

Ingredients:

  1. Mango chopped : 1 cup
  2. Mango cut in cubes : 2 cup
  3. Mango Juice/ras : 2 cup
  4. Anar : 2 tbsp
  5. Milk : 1/2 ltr
  6. Custard powder : 2 tbsp
  7. Sugar : 5 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put custard powder in a bowl.
  2. Add 3 tbsp of milk in it.
  3. Mix it will.
  4. Boil the remaining milk.
  5. Add 3 tbsp sugar in it.
  6. Once sugar get dissolves in the milk now add custard paste and cook it for 1 minute on low flame.
  7. Keep it for cooling .
  8. For mango juice, take mango cut in cubes add 2 tbsp sugar and 3/4 cup water and make paste of it.
  9. Take 1 serving dish (if you have glass use that).Put 1 tbsp chopped mangoes in it.
  10. Add custard and mango juice and mix it well.
  11. Add the remaining mangoes on it.
  12. Garnish it with anar. Cream lovers can add 1 tbsp of cream in garnishing.
  13. Keep it for cooling.
  14. Serve it chilled.

Note : You can add pinch of cardamom powder/ saffron dipped in rose water(6-7 saffron flakes in 1/4 tsp Rose water)/vanila essence(5 drops) for different different taste.
