- Green Chili The big one
- Red Chili Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Fennel Powder
- Oil
- Coriander Powder
- Salt to taste
- Dry Mango Powder
- Coriander Leaves Chopped
Method:
- Half Slit green chilies.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except green chili.
- Now stuff this mixture in green chili.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add these stuffed chilies in that. Add some salt, turmeric powder and cover it for 5-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle some water on it and cover it keep it for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve it hot.
Note:
1. In Mixture don’t add the whole turmeric powder and salt. As we will add it later also. So better add 75% in mixture and rest 25 % later.
2. If the mixture is left after filing the chilies, add that too before adding water.
