Ingredients:
- Butter : 2 tbsp
- Onions chopped : 1/2 cup
- Garlic chopped : 6 cloves
- Tomato juice : 1 1/4 cup
- Corn Flour : 1 tbsp
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper powder : 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Sugar : 1 tsp
- Oregano : 2 tsp
Method :
- Put the butter into a casserole dish.Heat in a microwave oven on high for 1 minute till the butter melts.
- Add the onions and garlic.Cover and cook on high, for 3 minutes.Stir once during cooking.
- Add tomato juice, corn flour and all the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Cover partly and cook on high for 4 minutes, until the sauce becomes thick.
