Samvat Rice Kheer

Ingredients :

  1. Milk : 1 kg
  2. Samvat Rice : 1/2 cup
  3. Makhane : 1 cup
  4. Ghee : 1 tbsp
  5. Saffron : 5-6 flakes
  6. Cardamom Powder : 1/2 tsp

Method :

  1. Roast makhane a little so that they become dry and cut them in pieces.
  2. Boil milk in a pan.
  3. Now put samvat rice in it when it becomes little soft, add makhane to it.
  4. Add sugar and stir continuously.
  5. Garnish it with saffron and cardamom powder.
