Rasmalai

Ingredients :

  1. Rasgulla : 1/2 kg
  2. Milk : 1 kg
  3. Corn Flour : 1 tsp
  4. Sweetless Mawa : 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar : 1/2 cup
  6. Saffron : 5-6 flakes
  7. Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
  8. Drynuts : 1 tbsp finely chopped

Method :

  1. Take a pan. Grease it. Boil milk in it.
  2. Boil it until it becomes half of the quantity.
  3. Add mawa, saffron, cardamom, corn flour, sugar and squeezed rasgullas then take 2-3 boils. Take it out.
  4. Garnish it with dry nuts and serve it chilled.
