Ingredients :
- Rasgulla : 1/2 kg
- Milk : 1 kg
- Corn Flour : 1 tsp
- Sweetless Mawa : 1/2 cup
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
- Saffron : 5-6 flakes
- Cardamom Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Drynuts : 1 tbsp finely chopped
Method :
- Take a pan. Grease it. Boil milk in it.
- Boil it until it becomes half of the quantity.
- Add mawa, saffron, cardamom, corn flour, sugar and squeezed rasgullas then take 2-3 boils. Take it out.
- Garnish it with dry nuts and serve it chilled.
