Ingredients :
- Sooji : 1 cup
- Ghee : 1/4 cup
- Milk : 1 cup for grinding
- Badam : 1 cup
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
Method :
- Crush badam in mixer with help of milk.
- Grease pan, add sooji in it.Roast it till light brown, put crushed badam.
- Add water, milk in it. Stir it continuously when it leaves corner add sugar in it.
- When sugar dissolves, add drynuts, saffron, cardamom and serve it hot.
