Badam/ Sooji ka Halwa

Ingredients :

  1. Sooji : 1 cup
  2. Ghee : 1/4 cup
  3. Milk : 1 cup for grinding
  4. Badam : 1 cup
  5. Sugar : 1/2 cup

Method :

  1. Crush badam in mixer with help of milk.
  2. Grease pan, add sooji in it.Roast it till light brown, put crushed badam.
  3. Add water, milk in it. Stir it continuously when it leaves corner add sugar in it.
  4. When sugar dissolves, add drynuts, saffron, cardamom and serve it hot.
