Rabdi Malpua

Ingredients :

  1. Wheat Flour/ Maida : 1 cup
  2. Saffron and Cardamom Powder : a pinch
  3. Drynuts : 2 tbsp
  4. Fresh cream : 2 tbsp
  5. Sweetless Mawa : 1/2 cup
  6. Paneer grated : 1 tbsp
  7. Pineapple essence : 2-3 drops
  8. Lemon Yellow colour : 2 drops
  9. Milk : To make the thin batter
  10. Ghee : for frying

Method :

  1. Sugar Syrup : add 2 cups sugar in 1 cup water. Add saffron, cardamom and take 2-3 boils and use it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and make a thin batter.
  3. Take tawa, heat it, spread ghee over it.
  4. Put malpua batter over it and spread it like dosa but in small size and when it is completely roasted. Put it on a sugar syrup and take a boil.
  5. And now we will put little mixture of drynuts, paneer/mawa in it and will roll it like a carpet and over it put little rabri or malai and serve hot.

Note : For plain Malpua, take only maida, curd and milk.
