Ingredients :
- Aritha : 1
- Water : 1 1/2 cup + 2 glass + as required
- Sugar : 2 Glass
- Raw Milk : 1 tsp
- Paneer : 100 gm
Method :
- Arithe ka pani : Take aritha, crush it and take out the seed.
- Take 1 1/2 cup water put crushed aritha and boil it till water becomes half of the quantity. Keep it aside.
- Sugar Syrup : Heat 2 glass water in a pan. Add sugar, keep stirring , add 1 tsp raw milk and water it will take out all the dirt. Now put this syrup in a heavy pan and now make rasgulla in it.
- Paneer Ball : Grate paneer and mash it completely with palm. Make soft chaina out of it. Make round ball without any crack. Now put sugar syrup on gas till it starts boiling till then take 2 glass of water and keep it for boiling. When syrup starts boiling now put paneer balls in it and put 1/2 aritha water and 1 tsp water.
- Boil it and in every 3 mins put 1 tsp boiling water in it.
- Add rasgulla and syrup in a boiled water and take 2-3 boils. Keep it for cooling.
- Serve it chilled.
