Ingredients :
- Besan : 2 cup
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Water : 1 cup
- Saffron : 5-6 flakes
- Cardamom Powder : a pinch
- Mawa : 1 cup
- Fresh Cream : 1 cup
- Milk : 1/2 cup
- Ghee : 2 tbsp
Method :
- Take besan in a bowl, add ghee into it.
- Now make 4 parts of it. Take milk and make first forming dough.
- Make balls out of it.
- After that fry it on a low flame till it becomes brown.
- Take it out, cool it and crush it and make powder in a mixer.
- Sieve it , roast it in a pan with 1 tsp ghee. After 3/4th roasting we can add mawa/ malai.
- Sugar Syrup : Take 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Make 1 string syrup after that put besan mixture over it and keep stirring it.
- Keep it to set for 5-6 hours. Cut in in pieces and serve it.
- Store in in air tight containers for 15-20 days.
