Turai Pyaj Ki Sabzi

Ingredients:

  1. Turai chopped                           3 bowl
  2. Pyaj chopped                             1 bowl
  3. Green Shilli                                2 tsp
  4. Oil                                                1 tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds                               ½ tsp
  6. Black Mustard seeds                 ½ tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder                      1 tsp
  8. Red Chili Powder                       ½ tsp
  9. Coriander Powder                     1 ½ tsp
  10. Amchoor Powder                      1 tsp
  11. Salt                                               to taste
  12. Coriander Leaves Chopped      1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat Oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and also mustard seeds.When they begin to change colour, add green chili ….then tuari + pyaj.
  2. Add turmeric powder and salt and cover it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Check it if its cooked or not …add red chili powder + coriander Powder and amchoor powder.
  4. Again cover it for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve with chapaties.

Note: For better taste,use ghee instead of oil.
