Duration : 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Turai chopped 3 bowl
- Pyaj chopped 1 bowl
- Green Shilli 2 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Black Mustard seeds ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Amchoor Powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander Leaves Chopped 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and also mustard seeds.When they begin to change colour, add green chili ….then tuari + pyaj.
- Add turmeric powder and salt and cover it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
- Check it if its cooked or not …add red chili powder + coriander Powder and amchoor powder.
- Again cover it for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve with chapaties.
Note: For better taste,use ghee instead of oil.
