Ingredients :
- Wheat Flour / Sooji : 1 cup
- Ghee : 3 tbsp
- Dry nuts : 4 tbsp chopped
- Saffron : a pinch
- Cardamom : a pinch
- Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Sugar powder / Boora : 1/4 cup
Method :
- Take a heavy pan spread ghee. Add wheat flour in it and roast it till light brown. Add all dry nuts, saffron, and cardamom. Add sugar in it.
- Keep it for cooling for 15-20 minutes.
- Make ladoos out of it.
