Aate ke Ladoo

Ingredients :

  1. Wheat Flour / Sooji : 1 cup
  2. Ghee : 3 tbsp
  3. Dry nuts : 4 tbsp chopped
  4. Saffron : a pinch
  5. Cardamom : a pinch
  6. Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
  7. Sugar powder / Boora : 1/4 cup

Method :

  1. Take a heavy pan spread ghee. Add wheat flour in it and roast it till light brown. Add all dry nuts, saffron, and cardamom. Add sugar in it.
  2. Keep it for cooling for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Make ladoos out of it.
