Ingredients:
- Aloo medium : 1
- Gobhi 1 : 2 bowl
- Tomato chopped : 1
- Oil : 1 tbsp
- Hing : 1 pinch
- Mustard Seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp
Method:
- Soak gobhi in hot water for 5-10 minutes.Take the gobhi and keep it for drying.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add hing, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.When they began to change the colour,Add tomato.
- Add all the masalas.
- Stir it for 2 minutes and add aloo and gobhi.
- Dont add water.
- Cover it for 10- 15 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapati and parantha.
