Aloo Gobhi Tamatar

Ingredients:

  1. Aloo medium                        : 1
  2. Gobhi 1                                  : 2 bowl
  3. Tomato chopped                   : 1
  4. Oil                                          : 1 tbsp
  5. Hing                                       : 1 pinch
  6. Mustard Seeds                       : 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin Seeds                         : 1/2 tsp
  8. Red Chili Powder                  : 1 tsp
  9. Coriander Powder                 : 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric Powder                  : 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt                                         : to taste
  12. Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak gobhi in hot water for 5-10 minutes.Take the gobhi and keep it for drying.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Add hing, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.When they began to change the colour,Add tomato.
  3. Add all the masalas.
  4. Stir it for 2 minutes and add aloo and gobhi.
  5. Dont add water.
  6. Cover it for 10- 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with chapati and parantha.
