Aloo Parantha

Ingredients:

For Dough:

  1. Wheat flour: 1 bowl
  2. Salt: to taste

For Filling:

  1. Hing: 1 pich
  2. Aloo boiled : 2 small bowl
  3. Oil : 1 tbsp
  4. Onion chopped : 2 tbsp
  5. Green chili  chopped : 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
  8. Dry Mango Powder : 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt : to taste

Method:

  1. Make the dough.
  2. Consistency should be like in the picture given below.     017
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add hing, onion+ green chili.
  5. Saute it for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix all the masalas with boiled potato.
  7. Add boiled potato to the chopped onion.
  8. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.     018
  9. Make small small balls of dough.
  10. Make chapatis out of it.019
  11. Put some small portion of masala in it.   020

  13. Now, apply some dry flour on it. 027 028
  14. Now roll it slowly.  029 030
  15. Heat tawa and put this parantha to roast. 031
  16. Roast it like normal chapati but use ghee/butter.032
  17. Serve it hot with Curd/ pickle/ chutny.
