Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Wheat flour: 1 bowl
- Salt: to taste
For Filling:
- Hing: 1 pich
- Aloo boiled : 2 small bowl
- Oil : 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped : 2 tbsp
- Green chili chopped : 1/2 tsp
- Red chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Salt : to taste
Method:
- Make the dough.
- Consistency should be like in the picture given below.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add hing, onion+ green chili.
- Saute it for 5 minutes.
- Mix all the masalas with boiled potato.
- Add boiled potato to the chopped onion.
- Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Make small small balls of dough.
- Make chapatis out of it.
- Put some small portion of masala in it.
- Fold the chapati shown in the pictures below.
- Now, apply some dry flour on it.
- Now roll it slowly.
- Heat tawa and put this parantha to roast.
- Roast it like normal chapati but use ghee/butter.
- Serve it hot with Curd/ pickle/ chutny.
