Besan Ki Mirchi


Ingredients:                                                                                                      

  1. Green Chili The big one
  2. Red Chili Powder
  3. Turmeric Powder
  4. Fennel Powder
  5. Oil
  6. Coriander Powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Dry Mango Powder
  9. Coriander Leaves Chopped

Method:

  1. Half Slit green chilies.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except green chili.
  3. Now stuff this mixture in green chili.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add these stuffed chilies in that. Add some salt, turmeric powder and cover it for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle some water on it and cover it keep it for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Serve it hot.

Note:

1. In Mixture don’t add the whole turmeric powder and salt. As we will add it later also. So better add 75% in mixture and rest 25 % later.

2. If the mixture is left after filing the chilies, add that too before adding water.
