Ingredients:
- Besan : 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Turmeirc Powder : 1/8 tsp
- Ajwaiyn : 1/4 tsp
- Hing : a pinch
- Curd : 2 tbsp
- Chat masala for garnishing
- Chopped onion: 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves : 1 tsp
- Oil : for frying
- Salt : to taste
Method:
- Put hing in 1/2 tsp of water for 1 -2 minutes.
- Take besan in a medium bowl and add red chili powder + turmeric powder + ajwaiyn + salt and hing water.
- Mix well and add water to make the paste.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take 1 tsp hot oil and add this to the batter.
- Once oil become hot put the pakodas in small small quatity.
- Turn it side by side.
- Deep fry the pakodas until it became golden brown.
- Put it on a tissue paper.
- Take 1 serving plate and break the pakodas in it.
- Spread 1 tbsp curd on it.
- Add dhania chutny and tamrind chutny on it.
- Add chopped onions too.
- Sprinkle chat masala on it.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot.
Note:
For better taste, we can add vegetables(carrot/onion/cabbage/potato) in Pakoda batter.
To make it crispy, we can add rice flour (1 tsp) in the batter.
