Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Gram Flour : 1/2 cup
- Maida : 1/2 cup
- Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Oil : 1/4 cup
- Salt : to taste
- Ajwaiyn : 1/2 tsp
- Oil : for frying
For Filling:
- Til : 1 tbsp
- Dry Coconut grated : 1 tbsp
- Khas Khas : 1/2 tbsp
- Dry Ginger Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
- Jeera Powder : 1 tsp
- Dhania Powder : 1 tsp
- Salt : 3/4 tsp (to taste)
- Sugar Powder : 2 tsp (to taste)
- Chopped coriander leaves : 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
Method:
- For Dough: Mix all the ingredients and make a dough and keep it for 1/2 an hr.
- Make sure this dough should be very tight.
- For Filling: Add til and khas khas in a pan and roast it until it pops up and becomes brown.
- Add coconut and roast it for 10 -15 secs.
- Put this mixture in a mixer and make semi powder of it.
- Add all the rest masalas in it.
- Now divide the dough and the mixture in 4 portions.
- Make the chapaties and spread juice on it.
- Add the mixture on it.
- Make rolls and cut it in small portions.
- Twist it with hand.
- Keep it for 10-15 mins.
- Fry it in oil.
- Heat the oil in pan.Keep it on high flame and put it on medium flame and add all the bhakarvadis into it.
- Fry them on low flame.
- You can keep it in a air tight container.
