Time : 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- Bhutta grated : 2 (medium sized)
- Green Chilli : 2
- Garlic : 5-6 cloves
- Ginger : 1 inch
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Oil : 3 tbsp
- Hing : 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice : 1 1/2 tsp
- Sugar : 10-15 dane
- Milk : 1 cup
- Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp
Method:
- Make the paste of green chili+ garlic + ginger.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add hing, then ginger garlic and chili paste.
- add grated bhutta and then milk.
- Cover it and cook it on low flame for 15-20 mints.
- stir it in between.
- Add salt + turmeric and chili powder.
- Add sugar + lemon juice.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
