Ingredients:
- Urad dal : 1/4 tbsp
- Moong Dal : 1/4 tbsp
- Masoor Dal : 1/4 tbsp
- Arhar Dal : 1/8 tbsp
- Chana Dal : 1/8 tbsp
- Ghee : 1 tbsp
- Oil : 1 tbsp
- Hing : 1 pinch
- Green Chili : 1 chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste : 1/4 tsp
- Tomato : 1 medium chopped
- Onion : 1 medium chopped
- Red chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Lemon Juice : 1/4 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves : 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Mix all dal.
- Soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder,salt and oil into dal and boil it for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
- Add hing, green chili and onion.
- Saute it on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
- Add tomato saute it for 5 minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 1 minute.
- Add all the masala.
- Add this masala into boiled dal and boil it again for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
- Add water according the consistency you want.
- Add lemon juice.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Pour 1/2 tsp of ghee on it.
- Serve it hot with jeera rice or chapati.
