Dry Aloo Patta Gobhi

Ingredients:

  1. Potato medium chopped        : 1 Bowl
  2. Cabbage                                : 1 1/2 Bowl
  3. Dry Mango Powder             : 1/3 tsp
  4. Oil                                          : 1 tbsp
  5. Hing                                      : 1 pinch
  6. Mustard Seeds                     : 1/4 tsp
  7. Cumin Seeds                        : 1/4 tsp
  8. Red Chili Powder                  : 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander Powder                : 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric Powder                 : 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt                                         : to taste
  12. Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add hing, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.When they began to change the colour,Add potato and cabbage.
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Cover it for 10- 15 minutes.
  4. Add rest masalas and dry mango powder too.
  5. Cover it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with chapati and parantha.
