Ingredients:
- Aloo medium : 2
- Onion medium :2 (If it is spring onion,1 bundle finely chopped )
- Dry Mango Powder : 1/3 tsp
- Oil : 1 tbsp
- Hing : 1 pinch
- Mustard Seeds : 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Seeds : 1/4 tsp
- Red Chili Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.Add hing, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.When they began to change the colour,Add Aloo and Pyaj.
- Cook it on low flame.
- Add salt and turmeric powder.
- Cover it for 10- 15 minutes.
- Add rest masalas and dry mango powder too.
- Cover it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapati and parantha.
