  1. Tomato Chopped : 2 bowl
  2. Garlic grated : 4 tbsp
  3. Salt : to taste
  4. Hing : 1/4 tsp
  5. Red Chili Powder : 3 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add hing, tomato.
  3. Saute it for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, saute it for 10 minutes.
  5. Add salt and red chili powder.
  6. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve it hot with Dal Bati and paranthas.
