Ingredients:
- Roasted Ground Nuts : 1 Cup
- Jaggery : 1 1/2 tsp
- Tamrind : 1 Inch
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Oil : 1 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves : 5-6
- Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Whole Red Chilies : 4-5
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add Whole Red Chilies.
- Fry it for 5-10 secs.
- Mix Tamrind,Jaggery,Ground Nuts,salt and fried red chilies.
- Make a paste of it.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves into it.
- Add turmeric Powder.
- Add this seasoning into paste.
- Serve it with Dosa.
