Ground Nut Chutny

Ingredients:

  1. Roasted Ground Nuts : 1 Cup
  2. Jaggery : 1 1/2 tsp
  3. Tamrind : 1 Inch
  4. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
  5. Oil : 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Curry Leaves : 5-6
  7. Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
  8. Salt : to taste
  9. Whole Red Chilies : 4-5

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add Whole Red Chilies.
  3. Fry it for 5-10 secs.
  4. Mix Tamrind,Jaggery,Ground Nuts,salt and fried red chilies.
  5. Make a paste of it.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves into it.
  8. Add turmeric Powder.
  9. Add this seasoning into paste.
  10. Serve it with Dosa.
