How to Use Thandi Chapaties !!

Ingredients:

  1. Thandi Chapaties                 : 6
  2. Potato chopped                    : 1 Big size
  3. Onion chopped                     : 1 Big Size
  4. Green Chili chopped            : 1 big
  5. Oil                                          : 2 tbsp
  6. Cumin seeds                         : 1tsp
  7. Red Chili Powder                 : 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder                : 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander Powder               : 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Water                                    : 1 1/2 glass
  12. Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp
Method: 
  1. Break Chapties in small small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds, green chilies, Onion. Whet it began to change the colour add Potato and cover it for 5 minutes.Cook it on low flame.
  3. Add all the masalas followed by Chapaties .
  4. Add water and stir it.
  5. While adding the water make sure all chapaties should be in water.
  6. Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve it hot with curd.
Note:
  1. Chili quantity depends on your taste.
  2. Water depends on you, If you want to make it thick then add less water or cook until water evaporates.
  3. For better taste add asafoetida before cumin seeds.
