Ingredients:
- Thandi Chapaties : 6
- Potato chopped : 1 Big size
- Onion chopped : 1 Big Size
- Green Chili chopped : 1 big
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds : 1tsp
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water : 1 1/2 glass
- Coriander Leaves chopped : 1 tbsp
Method:
- Break Chapties in small small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds, green chilies, Onion. Whet it began to change the colour add Potato and cover it for 5 minutes.Cook it on low flame.
- Add all the masalas followed by Chapaties .
- Add water and stir it.
- While adding the water make sure all chapaties should be in water.
- Cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve it hot with curd.
Note:
- Chili quantity depends on your taste.
- Water depends on you, If you want to make it thick then add less water or cook until water evaporates.
- For better taste add asafoetida before cumin seeds.
