Time: 15 minute
Ingredients:
- Matta Rice : 2 tbsp
- Plain Rice(Any) : 2 tbsp
- Broken Wheat : 2 tbsp
- Moong Moger : 2 tbsp
- Masoor Dal : 1 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped Onion : 2 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chili : 1
- Mixed Veg Chopped : 1 Medium Bowl
- Tomato chopped : 1 medium
- Oil : 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1 /2 tsp
- Chopped Corinader Leaves : 1 tbsp
Method:
- Wash the dals and Rice.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds.
- Add onion.Saute it for 5 minutes.
- Ass tomatoes then add all the masalas.
- Add vegetables and all the rice, broken wheat and dals.
- Put water 4 bowls.
- Take 2 whistles.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with curd.
Note : if you like taste of currypatta, can add before cumin seeds.
