Lauki Kofta Curry

Ingredients:

For Kofta:

  1. BottleGuard Grated : 2 bowls
  2. Besan : 2 tbsp
  3. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  4. Salt : to taste

For Gravy:

  1. Onion : 2
  2. Green Chili : 4
  3. Garlic : 10 Cloves
  4. Salt : to taste
  5. Milk : 1 small cup
  6. Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
  8. Deggi Mirch : 1 tsp
  9. Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
  10. Chopped Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
  11. Oil : For Frying.

Method:

For Kofta:

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry the koftas on medium flame.
  4. Add 1 tsp hot oil in mix.
  5. Make small small Kofta’s (like Pakodi).

For Gravy:

  1. Make the paste of Green Chili,Onion and Garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add the onion paste into it.
  4. Add all the masalas.
  5. Add milk.
  6. Add Koftas.
  7. Garnish it with Coriander Leaves.
  8. Serve it with Lacchha Parantha or Jeera rice.
