Ingredients:
For Kofta:
- BottleGuard Grated : 2 bowls
- Besan : 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Salt : to taste
For Gravy:
- Onion : 2
- Green Chili : 4
- Garlic : 10 Cloves
- Salt : to taste
- Milk : 1 small cup
- Red Chili Powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
- Deggi Mirch : 1 tsp
- Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
- Chopped Coriander Leaves : 1 tbsp
- Oil : For Frying.
Method:
For Kofta:
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the koftas on medium flame.
- Add 1 tsp hot oil in mix.
- Make small small Kofta’s (like Pakodi).
For Gravy:
- Make the paste of Green Chili,Onion and Garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the onion paste into it.
- Add all the masalas.
- Add milk.
- Add Koftas.
- Garnish it with Coriander Leaves.
- Serve it with Lacchha Parantha or Jeera rice.
